If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding career in Graphic Design, we want to hear from you!

We work remotely but would prefer to work with our designers in a UK timezone.

We also meet once a week in central London, so right now we will only consider full-time and part-time designers who are able to join us.

We are always keen to hear from freelance graphic, web and motion designers who want to collaborate. Please drop an email with your portfolio, CV, rates, availability, design likes and dislikes and a short message addressing why you’d like to work with us here.

Interns & Work Experience

If you are interested in work experience and require a work placement as part of a registered school scheme please drop an email with an example of graphic design work (this can be a school project), the required dates and duration of the experience and a short message addressing why you’d like to work with us here.

Please note, we do not agree with unpaid internships and would only offer a potential intern a short-term contract with the company to fulfil a specific project which would be paid. This is subject to availability and skill set.

    FACT: you need financial as well as an emotional rewards for the work you put into our client’s businesses. That’s why we offer great salaries with annual reviews. Although we can’t guarantee an annual increase, we are always transparent about how the business is doing and believe in sharing in the success. We know ‘thanks’ although welcomed (and regular within the SCDS team), doesn’t pay the bills.

    We have regular one-to-one meetings, reviewing objectives and goals to ensure we are collectively improving ourselves every day.

    As creatives, we get that creative spark at different times of day which is why we are open to flexible hours. We treat our people in the way we’d want to be treated, so we expect you to do your job, meet deadlines and be creative in a way that suits you best.

    We work remotely, so we’d love you to have a space to work from and the ability meet once a week in London to co-work and co-lunch!
