HOW DOES IT WORK?
Retainers are at least a day of design time purchased at the beginning of the month, which is used up on whatever design tasks you brief us. The time bought includes as many rounds of amends as required. More time can be purchased on an ad-hoc basis. They are purchased based on a set time period and after an initial term a notice period can be implemented - in case things change!
