Freelance Design Support to Cover a Hiring Period

The right design team can make or break a marketing campaign, especially when you are investing big, so when you find yourself without enough design support you might have a bit of a headache!

I would like to get in touch for some design support!

Step in Soley Creative…last year fashion brand RIXO, found themself short of design support and whilst they’d found the right designer for the job her seniority meant a big notice period. They were short-staffed and couldn’t afford to pause marketing campaigns for 3 months while they waited.

We joined the team on a three day a week basis, covering email designs, art direction and new email templates for the brand creating a reference guide for the design team and new design lead to use once she joined the business.

Interim design support can be a great way to fill a gap when you are in the process of hiring a full-time designer. It can provide a cost effective and time efficient solution, while still providing the skills and expertise you need.

We can integrate seamlessly into your team using project management systems to ask the relevant people the right questions without eating into the time of one liaison point (which can totally slow down the whole process). In essence, we become part of the team!

We will be able to provide you with consultancy, as well as artworking to cross the gap or fill the position of the designer you are looking to hire - no matter the level - with quick turnaround times!

Naturally, with this kind of role you should look for someone who is experienced, reliable, and has a portfolio of work that reflects the type of design you’re looking for. We are specialists in fashion and lifestyle brands, but work with anyone that wants a contemporary and clean aesthetic.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you - get in touch using the contact us page.
